I'm an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #132010) specializing in career stressors, divorce, family changes, personal identity exploration, and addiction. I have clinical experience working in a multi-cultural environment with clients facing dual diagnoses in mental health and addiction. I believe you are ultimately the expert on your own life, and my role as your therapist is to provide a sense of connection, safety, and perspective. Together we will develop a plan to meet your goals and create a life of meaning and fulfillment.

My approach is collaborative, respectful, and sensitive to the intersections of past experiences, current challenges, and future goals. I see therapy as a journey toward a deepened understanding of self and relationships with others through skill building and gained insights. Through specialized training in couples work through the Gottman Institute, I have the tools to help you achieve more fulfilling relationships.

I am currently in the process of getting training in EMDR to help facilitate healing and self-exploration as you bridge the gap between goals, fears, trauma, and dreams.

I graduated with a Master’s in Psychology, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy, from Pepperdine University, and my undergraduate degree is from the University of Southern California. My wisdom and clinical experiences will give you a safe, affirming, and compassionate space to navigate life transitions that may be challenging to face on your own.

I look forward to connecting with you.

I practice at Addiction Therapy Newport Beach and am supervised under Jane DeWilde (LMFT #107315)
